The DA's Office will GIVE A STATUS REPORT on how they will handle the Williams precedent in Mumia's case. Come to the courthouse to let them know that we demand they comply with the precedent: Mumia should never have had one of his appeals heard by a judge who was formerly the DA fighting his prior appeals - and NO ONE SHOULD! Mumia should win the right to have his appeal heard fairly!

It's important to pack the court on both March 27 and April 30, when this series of court proceedings is expected to end with a final decision on Mumia's bid to re-open his appeals.
